The production zone groups several areas of the "Tarragona Province".
The "Siurana" Oil is got from manual collection of the "arbequina olive" first pressing and then crushing. In this way it's get a 100% natural product which keep all the vitamin and nutritional characteristics with acidity of less than 0,3º.
The "Siurana" Oil is an odorous oil and its taste properties are pretty even. It's a very shaped and complete oil with a persistent sensations of taste.
